Refund policy

Thank you for visiting Gourdaments! I strive to deliver the highest quality service, if you are not satisfied, please don't hesitate to contact me.  Many times I will replace of refund products if they do not match the general description.  Here are some important shop policies to look over before purchasing:

- If product is damaged in transit or defective, please notify me within 14 days. I will either send out a new product or refund the purchase within 7 days.  I will pay for return shipping. 

- You have up to 30 days to return your gourds.   After 30 days, we will not be able to offer you a refund of exchange.  

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  

-Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item 

- I will refund your original purchase price, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
